It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.
Please note that exchange will be done at no additional cost however customers will be responsible for shipping costs in case of a return.
